Guru Pyari Sadh Sangat Ji,
In the age of Kaljug, Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s pavitar Gurbani describes the path for union with the Supreme Creator. Our human mind, becoming completely absorbed in the play of Maya and its three qualities, is lost in its own delusions.
Our minds have forgotten the directions for reaching our real home, our permanent home. That Name, with which the mind should have become absorbed, and could have united with the Creator, has been forgotten. Although the purpose of this human life is union with the Almighty, this mind has forgotten that and now only the actions of Maya are engraved in the mind. Come, let us sit in the lotus feet of the True Guru Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji and learn :
- How did the Creation (and the 8.4 million life forms) come into being?
- What is this mind and where was it born?
- What are the “Three Qualities” of Maya and how did the mind become absorbed in them?
- What is Kaal? How is Maya to be recognized?
- What entities make their home in this human body and mind ? What are their functions?
- Who is a Gurmukh ? Who is a Manmukh?
- What is Naam and where does Naam reside within this human being?
An effort will be made to discuss all of these topics as they are taught in Guru Granth Sahib ji.
What techniques, teachings, and advice does Gurbani give us and explain to us — practice of this knowledge will be implemented in this camp.
