Scholarships for Post-Secondary Students

Coast Capital Savings is once again helping post-secondary students with their education costs by providing more than $130,000 in scholarships through its Education Awards program.

The credit union is offering 60 Get-Up-And-Go Awards worth $2,000 each to individuals who have worked diligently to achieve a good balance between school and extra-curricular activities, and in turn have made a positive impact in their communities. Three Standing Tall Awards of $5,000 are also available to students who have overcome significant life challenges and achieved personal growth.

“These awards have been developed to focus not just on academics, but to reward those students who are working hard to improve their communities or transform challenges in their own lives into growth opportunities,” said Lloyd Craig, president and CEO, Coast Capital Savings.
