As many of you must have heard now, the husband and brother-in-law of Manjit Panghali have been arrested and charged. Mukhtiar Panghali, the husband, was charged with 2nd degree murder and another charge. The brother-in-law was charged with being an accessory after the fact, and a few other charges.
