Why is his picture being shown at a nagar keertan even an issue? It is perfectly fine and legal. Saying the word ‘Khalistan’ is also legal in Canada. Canada has a federal provincial party (Bloc Quebecios) whose purpose is to split the country up. All this stuff is guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms (thank you Mr. Trudeau!). In India, such actions would likely involve giving up one’s life and having your body tortured & multilated.

This Kim Bolan is supporting the so-called moderates, most of whom have drink, are monay and some of whom are excommunicated by the Akal Takht (highest seat of temporal power in Sikhism). Amongst mainstream Sikhs she has no support and has no idea what Sikhism is even about.

I encourage everyone to read the book `Soft Target` by Zuhair Kashmeri written in 1989 and has a a recent second edition. It outlines how all this air india bombing conspiracy could have been done by Indain intelligence agencies. It is worth a read. That book successfully guessed things in 1989 that would happen more than a decade + later after Malik and Bagri were acquitted.

Lastly, Why can’t the media and others just let it go. Bagri and Malik were proven innocent of all charges based on no evidence to convict them. All the witnesses had either credibility issues or they were paid to testify. Some of them had old grudges against Bagri and Malik. Some of them claimed to withhold information for almost 20 years and convieniently remembered during the trail. Until after 9-11, Babbar Khalsa was a perfectly legal group in Canada and just being a member of this group in 1985 was not a crime. The only man to ever be found guilty of anything even remotely related to the bombings was Inderjeet Singh Reyat. He was found guilty of making a bomb but not for anything related to planning. He is set to go free in early 2008 but, Reyat may well be tried again for perjury for his testimoney in the Bagri/Malik trial but really this is about the Crown trying to get revenge for its failure to convict Bagri and Malik.

Just because of a few misinformed people , the whole of the community is thought of as terrorists. Consider the following points;

1) [UnSubstantiated Allegation]

3) Its people like you who are responsible for tarnishing the image of sikhs in western countries when you call people like [UnSubstantiated Allegation]
4) These so called leaders of sikhs who claim that there were atrocities committed by the Indian government in Punjab very conveniently forget the [UnSubstantiated Allegation]. Now you would say that they were actually government agents.

I believe that it is time that the sikh community move on and do constructive things. Stop giving money to theses jathedars and stop getting fooled and ripped off.

They might be good reporters in your opinion but its not good journalism to show just side of the story. Terry Milewski didn’t do his home work how come he just took the interviews from the people who have nothing but hate for sikhism.
