GIRLsmarts 2006

* curious about stuff you can do with computers?
* someone who likes challenges and solving puzzles?
Come and hang out with us at our one-day workshop at UBC. We have a lot of fun and exciting activities planned.

Grades: 6 and 7
Dates: June 3, June 10 2006
Times: 9:00am to 4:45pm
Location: UBC, ICICS Building
Cost: Free with $20 deposit refunded at workshop

GIRLsmarts is an opportunity for girls to explore and learn about computers in a full day that’s enjoyable, interesting and interactive.
Grade 6 and 7 girls will participate in several hands-on activities and have the opportunity to listen to a panel of experts.
Free, but registration required with $20 refundable deposit to be returned at the workshop
Dates: Saturday, June 3rd or Saturday, June 10th 2006.
Space is limited to 40 grade 6 girls and 20 grade 7 girls per day. If there is sufficient demand, a third session may be offered on Saturday, June 17th.
*Cancellations made up to 48 hours of the event will be fully refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made after that time.
