Sikh Community Exhibition in Seattle

September 7th, 2005 by admin

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

With Waheguru’s grace I’ve been able to participate in a really cool
project out here in Seattle. At the Wing-Luke Asian Museum we have
already created an exhibit titled “Virsa” — about the experiences of
Sikh Youth. We are now working on a second exhibit–information
below. We need your help with oral histories, photos, artifacts,
references to valuable books and resources, etc. Please forward this
email to anyone that might be able to help. We are including the
experiences of Canadian and American Sikhs from the pacific northwest.

If you can help, please contact us!!!

Thanks,
Savraj

PLEASE CONTRIBUTE
We are inviting individuals to share their experiences through an ORAL
HISTORY INTERVIEW, as well as donate PERSONAL OBJECTS, PHOTOGRAPHS OR
DOCUMENTS to possibly include on loan to the exhibition. The date for
