This is an event that is being held by the Guru Gobind Singh Children’s Foundation -www.ggscf.com. it’s a Sikh Story Writing Contest, open to all ages, in any part of the world. To enter, simply write a short story of less than 3000 words, in English, based on any event or person in Sikh history, and submit it to sikhstorycontest@khalsa.com. We are looking for interesting, historicaly-accurate, and well-written stories. We want people to be original and creative without altering the events in the original story. There will be some prizes given to the top entries and all winning entries will be published in an anthology! The deadline is January 30th, anyone who can’t make the deadline should email us and let us know. The website has full details: http://sikhstorycontest.250free.com
